We accept returns of some unopened office supply products identified on our website as "in-store Item" within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Products that are considered final sale and cannot be returned include office furniture & chairs, privacy filters, consumer electronics, headphones, speakers, gaming products, cell phone accessories, computers, monitors, printers, inks, toners and other IT related products.  Warranty on these non-returnable products is direct with the manufacturer from time of purchase.
