Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we're committed to making it right. We will gladly refund, exchange or replace any product which fails to meet reasonable performance expectations provided it falls within the following guidelines:
- Within 7 days of purchase for computers, laptops, monitors, digital cameras, camcorders, MP3 Players and PA systems
- Within 15 days of purchase for all other products
Note: Computers are subject to a 20% restoration and restocking fee.
Note: All digital cameras, camcorders, MP3 Players, karaoke and PA system refunds carry a 20% restocking fee unless product is defective in which case the product can be exchanged for the same item. Some specific brands of products may not be returned or exchanged at store level, and you may be required to go direct to manufacturer. Please contact us if you are unsure about the warranty procedure for your product.
Incomplete product returns (those without original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories, and damaged packaging) are not returnable/refundable.

Opened software, movies, video games, internal peripheral products (memory chips, video cards, etc) and consumable products (such as ink and toner cartridges) cannot be returned or refunded. Ink and Toner Cartridge problems are handled directly by the manufacturer to the customer.
All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied with the Power Surge Technologies Ltd. invoice. Please be sure to keep your sales receipt and/or invoice.

All requests for returns must be pre-approved by calling us at the number below. A Return Authorization (R/A) number will be provided for those items that can be returned. Once an R/A number is assigned, you will be emailed return procedures. Items returned without an R/A number will be returned to sender.
